Outcome
Together with the Dixon AI team and two developers in London, we took the company through its rebrand: a full identity, a Hub that became its client portal, and weekly sessions where clients and the team learned to use AI together.
Reflection
Designing for a company in transition meant listening for what would stay true after the change, then building the tools that let people actually use it.
